We are looking for a strong Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie who is eager to broaden their craft within a refined yet welcoming neighbourhood restaurant in London. This is a kitchen built around exceptional produce, classical technique, and genuine hospitality. Rooted in traditional French cooking, the menu celebrates seasonality while allowing room for creativity through regularly changing specials that keep both the team and guests engaged.
You'll be joining a small, dedicated brigade led by a seasoned Head Chef with experience working alongside some of the most respected names in the culinary world. Having led the kitchen for the past five years, he has created a stable, ambitious, and supportive environment where chefs are encouraged to learn, develop, and contribute.
The restaurant serves around 55 covers à la carte alongside a 30-cover private dining room, offering the team exposure to both refined restaurant service and bespoke events.
