As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with our Executive Chef and Head Chef, gaining creative autonomy and contributing to menu innovation across some of the most iconic kitchens and live events in London — and beyond. You’ll also have the opportunity to cook at exclusive bespoke events across the UK and overseas, representing a brand that values excellence, passion, and individuality. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Chef and Head Chef in daily operations at the CPU and off-site venues such as large scale weddings, corporate canapes and functions.
  • Collaborate on seasonal and bespoke menu creation using the finest locally sourced ingredients.
  • Lead and inspire agency and in-house kitchen teams, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen control.
  • Manage stock, suppliers, and logistics for both large-scale and intimate events.
  • Travel to exciting locations across London, the UK, and abroad to support event delivery.
  • Support freelance Junior agency chefs when needed.

About You

  • A talented, hands‑on chef with high‑end catering or Rosette‑level experience.
  • Passionate about local produce, sustainability, and creative presentation.
