This role is perfect for a Sous Chef ready to take the next step and become a Senior Sous Chef, joining a fast-paced and passionate team. This is a busy restaurant with a high turnover of covers (200 Lunch, 200 Dinner), run by a team of six chefs. The menu features classic fresh food dishes, all made in-house and inspired by Scottish food trends. You will work closely with the Head Chef and the Group's Executive Chef to adapt and develop new menus across all sites.
