Berkeley Scott is the UK's leading hospitality recruitment specialist. We have a vacancy for an experienced recruiter to join our Permanent division.
Previous agency experience recruiting management level candidates for the hospitality is preferred for this role. We will consider candidates who have recruited for other markets however previous experience in agency recruitment is essential.
Recruitment is a people business so personality is key – you will need to be able to build long lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. The ability to sell is essential as you will be required to develop new business. This is a 360 degree recruitment role. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle from start to finish.
