The Role
As Retail Head Chef, you'll have full creative ownership of menus and kitchen operations across all counters. You'll lead from the front - driving innovation, maintaining exceptional standards, and ensuring strong financial performance. You'll also collaborate closely with our hospitality and fine dining teams, ensuring seamless service and consistency across all areas.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering weekly menus across seven diverse food concepts
- Championing seasonal, locally sourced ingredients to create fresh, exciting dishes
- Managing food costs, GP, and stock control to hit financial targets
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing culinary team

What We're Looking For
