We are looking for a talented and driven Head Chef to lead a small but highly experienced brigade within a fully functional production kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, organised environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and service.
About the Role
You will oversee the day-to-day running of a busy production kitchen, delivering catering services to corporate clients. The offering includes breakfast and lunch menus such as sandwiches, salads, and hot main dishes with proteins, alongside a growing grab-and-go range. In addition, the kitchen supports delivered events and hospitality services, including canapés, working lunches, and buffets. As Head Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery across all areas.
Key Responsibilities

- Plan and organise production to meet daily deadlines and client expectations
- Oversee food quality, presentation, and consistency across all offerings
- Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef to ensure full operational coverage

About You
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a central production kitchen is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and planning skills

Working Hours
This is predominantly a Monday to Friday role, offering a great work-life balance. However, flexibility is required, as occasional weekend support may be needed. Shift patterns include: 6:30am - 3:00pm, 7:30am - 4:00pm.
