With ambitious national expansion plans and a rapidly scaling franchise model, the business is building a best-in-class operational platform to support partners and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The Role
As Brand Operations Executive, you’ll play a pivotal above-store role in ensuring operational excellence across the franchise estate. You’ll act as the key connector between franchise partners, central support, and customers — embedding brand standards, driving consistency, and continuously improving performance.
Key Responsibilities

Create and deliver training content, tools, and reference materials to ensure consistency across all locations. Lead Brand Standards Audits, providing clear feedback and coaching to support continuous improvement.
- Performance & Insight: Manage and report against the Operations Balanced Scorecard, tracking KPIs including guest satisfaction, compliance, training completion, and delivery performance. Analyse mystery shopper and audit reports, partnering with franchise operators to improve results and elevate the guest experience.
- Guest Experience: Manage and respond to customer enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently, identifying trends and improvement opportunities. Act as the internal voice of the guest, ensuring insights inform operational planning and operational improvements.
