An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced hospitality leader to join a prestigious luxury Hotel & Spa as Hotel Manager/ Deputy General Manager .
Working closely with the GM, you will play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operation, driving commercial performance, inspiring teams, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience across all departments.
This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for supporting the operation across Food & Beverage, Front Office, Events, Leisure & Spa, whilst developing departmental leaders and maintaining the highest standards of service, compliance and guest satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate Previous Deputy General Manager or senior hotel management experience
Strong background in luxury hospitality
Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage and Front of House operations
Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, P&L and operational costs
Proven people leader with a passion for developing teams
Strong understanding of Health & Safety and compliance
Hands-on, proactive and guest-focused approach
