We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the catering team at a long established religious community in Mirfield, ideally located just off the M62.

This is a fresh food operation where everything is prepared from scratch using locally sourced produce, working within a small team of four.

Covers typically sit around 30, rising to 80 for busier services.

As Chef de Partie you will cook a comprehensive range of traditional and contemporary dishes, including cakes, pastries and desserts, and cater for a variety of special dietary requirements.

You will assist with menu planning and recipe costing, oversee the daily running of the kitchen, and lead the team in the absence of the Catering Manager and Head Chef.

The ideal Chef de Partie will have solid experience of food production in a commercial kitchen and good cooking and baking skills.

You will be well organised, able to work on your own initiative and comfortable working to deadlines.
