We're recruiting for an exciting Sous Chef opportunity with one of the UK's most innovative and foodie contract caterers. This is the perfect role for a passionate Sous Chef or an ambitious Junior Sous Chef ready to step up and make their mark. Working alongside a talented Head Chef, the successful Sous Chef will help deliver fresh, modern breakfast and lunch menus for between 200 and 500 covers a day. The Role

  • Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Delivering fresh, modern food across breakfast and lunch service
  • Helping to create exciting seasonal menus and daily specials
  • Leading the team in the Head Chef's absence
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, allergens and hygiene
  • Assisting with ordering, stock control and kitchen organisation
