Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of a busy kitchen
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all kitchen areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly and efficiently
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Dispose of waste responsibly and manage recycling in line with our procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Level 2 Food Safety Certification
- Understanding of food allergens and safe food handling practices
- A keen eye for detail and high cleanliness standards
