We’re opening a flagship restaurant in the heart of Central London in February 2026, and we’re looking for a strong Chef de Partie who’s ready to step up into their first Sous Chef role. This is a chance to join a much-loved restaurant as it opens its most exciting site yet. The food is all about seasonality, great produce and proper cooking — with real care for where ingredients come from and how they’re handled. Expect a busy, high-energy kitchen with high standards and a great atmosphere.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running your section confidently during prep and service
- Handling butchery, fish prep, sauces, stocks and classic recipes
- Working fast and clean in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Supporting the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Leading your section to deliver consistent, well-presented plates
- Helping train and guide junior chefs and kitchen assistants
- Assisting with seasonal menu development and new dish ideas
- Keeping standards high across HACCP, food safety and cleanliness
- Managing stock rotation, ordering and helping reduce waste through smart prep
