I am currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to lead an exciting large-scale Business & Industry dining operation in London for one of the UK's leading contract catering companies. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Head Chef to oversee a busy, modern food hall-style staff dining restaurant delivering high-volume, fresh food concepts across multiple service outlets. The successful Head Chef will manage and inspire a brigade of over 20 chefs within a fast-paced corporate environment, driving standards, creativity, innovation, and team culture.

The Role

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a large kitchen brigade of 20+ chefs
  • Oversee multiple food concepts and food hall-style service operations
  • Drive food quality, consistency, presentation, and innovation
  • Create exciting, seasonal, and trend-led menus
  • Maintain excellent food safety and health & safety standards
  • Build a positive, energetic, and high-performing kitchen culture
  • Work closely with senior management and front-of-house teams
  • Manage GP, labour costs, and operational performance

About You

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef within high-volume contract catering, B&I, hotels, events, or premium hospitality
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Creative, innovative, and passionate about food trends
  • Experience managing large teams in busy operations
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Positive energy with a hands-on leadership style
