Ready to take your hotel experience beyond the pass? We are looking for a high-impact Group Executive Chef to lead the food strategy across two standout London venues, each with its own identity, pace, and clientele. This is the perfect move for a hotel Head Chef used to juggling restaurant service, banqueting, and high-profile events, who is ready to step up and shape something bigger.
One site delivers vibrant retail, hospitality, and events. The other focuses on premium staff dining and large-scale functions. Together, they demand a leader who thrives on variety, pace, and creativity. This is not a desk role. You will be on the ground, driving standards, mentoring teams, and setting the tone in both kitchens.
What you will own:
- Full culinary leadership across two busy, high-profile sites
- Menu innovation across retail, staff dining, and events
- Hands-on leadership - developing, motivating, and inspiring brigade teams
- Delivery of exceptional hospitality experiences, from daily service to standout events
- Strong collaboration with General Managers and key stakeholders
- Financial performance, including costing, GP, and efficiency
- Food safety, compliance, and best-in-class standards
What you will bring:
- Experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a hotel or high-volume environment
- A proven track record across multiple food offers (restaurant, banqueting, events)
- Strong craft skills with a passion for quality and consistency
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and margins
- Energy, presence, and the ability to lead from the front
- Flexibility to support evening and weekend events when needed
This is a rare opportunity to put your stamp on two very different operations - one iconic, one modern - and elevate both to the next level.
