Location: South West London
Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments? We are looking for a Creative General Manager to immerse themselves in exciting activities and events, working alongside a diverse and enthusiastic group of people and running the day-to-day operation. Perfect for someone who enjoys their creative side and running a successful venue with a dedicated team.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and inspire a solid team of passionate staff
- Manage large group bookings and simultaneous events seamlessly
- Oversee bar stock, supplies, P&L, and labour costs as well as rotas
- Ensure outstanding customer service and smooth day-to-day operations whilst reporting to the Owners
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized and proactive with private functions & event coordination or venue experience
- Experienced in multi-tasking and problem-solving within an events, hospitality or leisure setting
- Comfortable working weekends and holidays
- Excited to be hands-on and lead by example with communication
