Join Our Team as a Creative General Manager – up to £45,000 plus Bonus

Location: South West London

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments? We are looking for a Creative General Manager to immerse themselves in exciting activities and events, working alongside a diverse and enthusiastic group of people and running the day-to-day operation. Perfect for someone who enjoys their creative side and running a successful venue with a dedicated team.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a solid team of passionate staff
  • Manage large group bookings and simultaneous events seamlessly
  • Oversee bar stock, supplies, P&L, and labour costs as well as rotas
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and smooth day-to-day operations whilst reporting to the Owners

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organized and proactive with private functions & event coordination or venue experience
  • Experienced in multi-tasking and problem-solving within an events, hospitality or leisure setting
  • Comfortable working weekends and holidays
  • Excited to be hands-on and lead by example with communication
