A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Hotel General Manager to lead two exciting branded hotels in Belfast city centre. We are seeking a dynamic hospitality leader with strong operational expertise, a passion for guest experience, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams while delivering exceptional commercial results.
The Role
As Hotel General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of both hotels, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, strong financial performance, brand compliance, and team engagement. You will lead all departments across the business while building a strong presence within the Belfast market and local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the hotel team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Drive revenue growth & profitability
- Develop and execute commercial and operational strategies
