This is a very prestigious venue, seeking a Head Chef to work under the Executive Chef of a 4 AA Rosette venue. You will manage up to 200 covers a day over two restaurants, one being fine dining and the other more casual dining.
You will be someone with knowledge and skills in creating dishes and menus to a 3 or 4 AA Rosette level, with great flair and passion for your art. You will be a Head Chef who can inspire and lead a team and enjoys training and developing them. You will be a people person with a focus on both your team and the guests.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the running of the kitchen in all aspects, from controlling costs to maintaining Health and Safety and Food Safety standards. You will have a flexible attitude and a desire to help the business grow. It is very important that, as Head Chef, you have the fine dining experience we need.
We are open to helping you relocate. Salary is dependent on experience.
