As Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the daily management of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring that the highest standards of service is provided to the guests.

We have a newly refurbished restaurant and bar, which will be under your guidance. Also part of the Food and Beverage Manager job is to look after meetings and events, from sit down dinners to corporate meetings with lunch.

As Food and Beverage Manager you will be someone who enjoys developing and training your team and you will lead from the front. It is a hands on role. You will have good relations with the kitchen and other departments of the hotel. You will ensure that all areas adhere to health and safety and food safety standards. You will be in charge of rotas, and other paperwork of your department, to ensure that it runs smoothly.

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager who has the highest standards of guest service and instils this in their team.
