We are looking for a reliable and organised Kitchen Supervisor to oversee operations within our Central Production Unit, supporting multiple smaller sites. This is an ideal role for someone who prefers early starts or needs a schedule that works around family life.

Working Hours: Start time: 6:00am-3pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day kitchen operations within the CPU
  • Lead and work alongside a dedicated team
  • Prepare and oversee batch cooking (hot and cold food production)
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Carry out and monitor temperature checks
  • Manage cleaning schedules and maintain a safe working environment
  • Handle stock control, ordering, and inventory management
