This role is perfect for a CDP ready to take the next step and become a Junior Sous, joining a fast-paced and passionate team. This is a busy restaurant with a high cover turnover, run by a team of 13 chefs. The menu features a variety of dishes inspired by food trends from Miami and L.A. You will work closely with the team to adapt and develop new menus.

All food is prepared in-house and led by an experienced Head Chef. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head Chef & team to provide great tasting, fresh food, with a focus on organisation and mise en place, working with a fun team.
