We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join a brigade of 10 chefs in a vibrant, high-volume fresh food kitchen in Newcastle City Centre. Perfect for an experienced Junior Sous or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, you’ll work with trend-inspired dishes, support menu development, and help lead a passionate team.

About the Role

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading the kitchen team.

Take a hands-on role in preparing and presenting fresh, high-quality dishes.

Contribute to menu development inspired by global food trends.

Ensure high standards of food hygiene, safety, and organisation.

Play an active role in training and mentoring junior chefs.
