We are looking for a strong Demi Chef de Partie who is eager to broaden their craft within a refined yet welcoming neighbourhood restaurant in London. The demi chef de partie will be joining a small, dedicated brigade led by a seasoned Head Chef with experience working alongside some of the most respected names in the culinary world. The Demi Chef de Partie must have experience working with fresh produce and want to learn.
What's on offer:
- Up to £40,000 including tronc
- 55-hour contract
- Closed Sundays & Mondays
- Tuesday morning prep with dinner service only
- One early finish each week
- One Saturday off each month
