As Executive Chef, you will take full ownership of the culinary direction — creating refined, seasonal menus using fresh, organic ingredients delivered daily, while overseeing both exceptional staff dining and high-end client hospitality. This is a unique opportunity to combine fine dining standards with work-life balance, without compromising on quality or creativity.

  • Premium Ingredients: Champion the use of fresh, organic produce, ensuring quality and provenance are at the heart of every dish
  • Executive Hospitality: Deliver refined, high-end dining experiences for clients and senior stakeholders
  • Leadership & Culture: Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
  • Operational Management: Maintain exceptional standards across food safety, organisation, and kitchen efficiency
  • Client Relationships: Engage with stakeholders to understand expectations and consistently exceed them
  • Financial Control: Manage food costs, stock, and resources with accuracy and accountability

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in a Michelin-starred or high-end fine dining environment (highly desirable)
  • A strong background in premium hospitality and client-facing dining
  • Passion for working with fresh, organic, high-quality ingredients
  • A creative, detail-driven approach to menu development and presentation
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills

If you are an Executive Chef who thrives on delivering exceptional food, leading from the front, and bringing fine dining standards into a prestigious corporate environment, we would love to hear from you.
