We're a growing, high-energy QSR franchise operating multiple sites across North London, and we're looking for an ambitious Area Manager to join our team and help take our business to the next level.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Multi-Site Manager who's ready to step up into a broader leadership role. You'll oversee several locations, ensuring operational excellence, commercial success, and outstanding guest experiences across your area.
As a key member of the leadership team, you'll balance hands-on operational support with strategic oversight—driving performance, developing teams, and ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting multiple QSR sites to deliver exceptional results
- Driving operational excellence across all locations
- Using data and analytics to identify opportunities and improve performance
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
- Coaching and developing your management teams to reach their full potential
- Delivering engaging training and supporting succession planning
- Maintaining brand consistency across all stores as a proud franchise partner
- Owning commercial performance, including sales growth, cost control, and profitability

- Proven experience as a Multi-Site Manager in a QSR or fast-paced hospitality environment
- Ready to step up into an Area Manager role with confidence and ambition
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on data
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety compliance
