We are looking for an experienced Bar General Manager who has a passion for lively bars. You will be someone who leads from the front and can manage and develop a team, keeping them motivated. You will be responsible for profit and loss of the bar and so a good understanding of the figures is essential.
As Bar General Manager you will ensure that the bar is clean and tidy and inviting for customers. Someone with experience in and an interest in sports is preferable. You will be a Bar General Manager with excellent food and drink knowledge and experience of writing and costing menus. You will ensure that Health and Safety and Food Safety laws are adhered to.
As Bar General Manager you will be the face of the bar, possessing excellent customer service skills.
