We are looking for an experienced Hotel Director of Sales who has come from a similar 5 star luxury hotel, ideally within the Scottish market. You will be a Hotel Director of Sales who understands the industry and has good knowledge of luxury business. You will be a highly driven, commercially astute, and proactive Hotel Director of Sales to lead revenue generation, responsible for driving new business, strengthening market position, and securing high value opportunities across corporate, MICE, leisure, golf, spa, events, and group segments. This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to a strong sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting business.

As Hotel Director of Sales you will have experience with CRM and hotel systems such as Delphi, Opera, Salesforce, or similar. Salary is dependent on experience.
