We're looking for an experienced — or ambitious and ready-to-step-up — Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team at one of London's most refined bespoke 5-star hotels. This is a property that truly embodies classic English elegance, while delivering exceptional standards to an international clientele who expect nothing but the very best.

Working under the guidance of a Michelin-level Chef Director, you'll be part of a highly skilled and forward-thinking brigade where precision, creativity, and consistency are everything.

What you'll be doing:

  • Producing high-quality pastry items across multiple outlets
  • Playing a key role in delivering award-winning afternoon tea
  • Supporting private dining (PDR) and the hotel's 5-star restaurant offering
  • Managing daily prep and ordering
  • Maintaining exceptional standards in presentation, hygiene, and allergen awareness
  • Working collaboratively within a passionate, professional team

Technical skills required:

  • You should be confident and creative in delivering plated fine dining desserts with a British influence
  • Afternoon tea pastry items to a luxury hotel standard
  • Tempered chocolate decoration, suitable for either fine dining or afternoon tea presentation
