I have a fabulous role with amazing benefits, I am working with an in house caterer who are looking for a Head chef to run there Students sports bar. This role will be ideal for a head chef who is currently working in a quality bar or Gastro pub that would love the opportunity to work Monday to Friday. This Head chef will be cooking great bar food and on trend street food dishes. Everything is fresh and will need to be of quick service that you can enjoy with a drink after a long day of studying. Ideally this Head chef will be used to fast high volume pub and will have the opportunity to work with the development team to really great some great Bar food. You will lead a small brigade to produce the dishes in the kitchen. The bar is open from 10am till 8:00pm Monday to Friday which leaves your weekend for family time. Head Chef Pub or bar experience is essential Quick service offer including the classics, burgers / ribs and wings and much more Brigade of 5 Outgoing bubbly personality Amazing benefits including 25 days holiday plus time off when site is closed which can be up to another 2 weeks 13% pension contribution after probation Must have good financial understanding Keen to develop menus in conjunction with clients request Carry out daily ordering, stock takes staff rotas and schedules understanding of food GP\’s work with the front of house team…
