This is an opportunity to take genuine creative ownership of a vibrant, multi-concept culinary experience serving a prestigious corporate client.
Working alongside the Executive Chef, you'll lead a team of around eight and drive the culinary direction across four dynamic chef-led counters, alongside hospitality and fine dining.
The Role We're looking for a chef with a global culinary mindset and the creativity to develop exciting concepts across street food, modern European, Asian and international cuisines.
You'll be passionate about current food trends, constantly evolving the offer and creating exciting food experiences, including pop-ups and special events, that keep customers engaged and coming back for more.
You'll lead from the front, setting exceptional standards across food quality, presentation, service and kitchen culture, while ensuring the operation remains commercially strong.
Key Responsibilities Take creative ownership of menus and culinary concepts across four chef-led counters.
Develop exciting, seasonal and trend-led dishes inspired by global, European, Asian and street-food cultures.
Create innovative pop-ups and special food experiences to keep the offer fresh and exciting.
Lead, train, inspire and develop a high-performing team of around eight chefs.
Manage GP, food costs, budgets, stock control, waste and financial targets.
Work closely with the Executive Chef and Hospitality Head Chef to deliver a seamless culinary experience.
Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, hygiene, food safety and consistency.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and high-profile corporate clients.
Continually challenge the offer and identify new ways to improve the customer experience.
About You You'll be an experienced Head Chef, Group Chef or Senior Chef from a premium retail, contract, hospitality or multi-concept environment.
You'll be creative, commercially astute and highly customer-focused, with the confidence to lead from the front and the personality to inspire and develop your team.
