Inspired by age-old traditions and reimagined through a wellness-focused lens, our food is all about bold broths, root vegetables, silky tofu, nourishing bowls, and beautifully balanced plates bursting with flavour, colour, and soul.
The Role:
As Head Chef, you'll be the heartbeat of the kitchen leading, inspiring, and setting the tone for a passionate team. From crafting menus to building supplier relationships, this is your chance to shape something truly special from the ground up.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading the opening of a brand-new kitchen from concept to execution
- Designing and evolving a menu rooted in Chinese home-style cooking, modernised for today’s wellness-focused diner
- Hiring, training, and mentoring a talented, diverse brigade
- Championing sustainability, seasonality, and quality produce
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation
- Driving efficiency, managing budgets, and working closely with the GM to ensure operational excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- A deep love and understanding of Chinese flavours and techniques
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
- A proven track record of building, leading and developing teams
