Job Description:
Tired of long evenings and weekend events? Ready for your next big step in hospitality?
This is your chance to break free from the norm.
We’re working with an independent contract caterer that’s passionate about food and known for delivering top-tier hospitality at a stunning B&I site in the heart of the City. This is not your average staff dining gig – it’s a dynamic, hospitality-led environment with a strong focus on high-end events, working lunches, canapés, and VIP hospitality.
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Sous Chef ready to step up or an experienced Head Chef looking for a new challenge. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing events setting – and who can juggle multiple functions with style and precision.
What’s in it for you:
Monday to Friday – evenings and weekends are YOURS again
Mostly hospitality & events – with just one day a week covering some light staff dining
Creative freedom with menus and event concepts
Join a growing, forward-thinking, independent business where food comes first
What we need from you:
Strong background in hospitality and event catering
A calm, adaptable leader who inspires and develops the team
A love for great ingredients, beautiful presentation, and excellent service
If you’re ready to be more than “just another Head Chef” – and want a role where your creativity and leadership actually matter – this is the opportunity for you.
