I am looking for a head chef to lead a kitchen that requires being well organized who is consistent and and can follow menus from a great food platform. If you have a strong kitchen management background and enjoy cooking nice tasty food this could be the job for you. This Head chef role I am looking for a good cook who can work with the company menu platform to make the head chef life’s easier to maintain the kitchen with the team. If you are happy to create some specials when required but happy to embrace the food platform. If you are head chef looking to work in a nice kitchen catering for Staff dinng and some hospitality when required. You will be with is a small team including Sous chef to delivery staff dining meals and some hospitality mainly working lunches, the contract catering site works a Hybrid model so daily meals vary from 40 to 120 and they currently over a 4 day week. You will cover breakfast and lunch service this includes hot main dishes.
