We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Head Chef to join a fast-paced, high-volume gastro pub team. This opportunity is ideal for a Sous Chef ready to step up into a Head Chef role. You will be joining a brigade of 7 chefs, serving up to 300 guests on a Sunday, with a menu built around fresh, classic dishes and daily specials created by you. All food is prepared in-house fresh so mise en place is a must! You will collaborate closely with the Group Executive Chef on menu development across multiple sites. The kitchen is well equipped with all the needed mod cons to ensure you and the team can do your job with ease. There is a centralised main menu but the specials are all yours giving you carte blanche on ideas and creativity.
