This role is perfect for a Sous Chef ready to take the next step and become a Head Chef, joining a fast-paced and passionate team. This is a busy restaurant with a high cover turnover, run by a team of 13 chefs. The menu features a variety of dishes inspired by popular American food trends. You will work closely with the Group's Executive Chef to adapt and develop new menus across all sites.

Alongside managing service and developing your team, you'll also play a key role in the wider employee experience and contribute to business improvements.
