Venue: Restaurant / Gastro

Team set up, 1x Head Chef, 2 Sous Chef, 2 CDPS + KP\’s

Covers:

Friday – 100 covers

Saturday –150 covers – Chefs usually out the door 9:30pm

Sunday – 200 covers – Chefs usually out the door by 8pm
