Ready to take ownership of a hotel's food and beverage operation and play a key role in driving the long-term success of the business? This is a pivotal leadership position for an experienced hospitality professional who can bring structure, innovation, and commercial focus while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day operation. We are particularly interested in candidates who combine strong leadership experience within established hotel F&B environments with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The successful individual will be comfortable working within an owner-operated business, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to enhance guest experience, maximise revenue, drive profitability, and support future growth. This role would suit a commercially astute F&B leader who can balance strategic thinking with a hands-on management style, overseeing all food and beverage outlets while driving service excellence, cost control, team development, menu performance, and revenue growth. In addition to supporting the Manchester operation, the role will be involved across a growing hospitality portfolio, including an established London hotel, a major Manchester hotel opening planned for 2027, and a significant London co-living development scheduled to open in 2028. This offers a unique opportunity to contribute to multiple high-profile assets and play a key role in shaping the food and beverage strategy of an expanding business.
