My client has an excellent opportunity for a Group Executive Chef across several B&I contracts in South Yorkshire and the East Midlands. They are looking for a Group Executive Chef to oversee:

  • Menu development and approval
  • Ensuring consistent food quality across all locations
  • Leading health and safety culture
  • Meeting food production, labour and GP targets
  • Driving continuous improvement and optimizing waste management practices

What they are looking for:

  • Expert Culinary skills
  • Experience as a Head or Exec Chef in contract catering or workplace environments
  • High-Volume feeding expertise
  • Strong leadership and business management skills in a kitchen setting

Location: Yorkshire, United Kingdom

£42,000 per annum plus mileage

Predominately Monday to Friday role (flexibility will be required at weekends for business needs)
