Berkeley Scott are partnering with a 1* Michelin, 3 Rosette restaurant based in Wales, searching for a Junior Sous Chef. Based in a stunning location and working alongside a small team of chefs, the Junior Sous Chef will be working with hyper local produce as part of an award winning team.
Closed Sunday & Monday. 4 Day week. 48k Package. Full relocation is required but will be supported by the restaurant. This role has NO LIVE IN.
