This is an operational role. We ' re looking for an experienced Conference and Banqueting Manager to oversee our events department, ensuring high standards and memorable guest experiences every time. This role combines strategy, operations, and team development to deliver outstanding results. You will be a Conference and Banqueting Manager who has experience in this role and who excels in managing people. You will also be experienced with large functions over 400 pax and multiple functions running at the same time. It is vital that you have experience in this role previously. You must be well organised and good at managing a large team, completing rotas etc.
