We are working with our client to find an experienced Events Operations Manager for a very high end 5 star hotel. You must be an Events Operations Manager from a 5 star background as without that, you are unlikely to be considered. You must have great attention to detail and high standards to spot the little details or add the special things which take events to the next level.
No two events are the same and so someone with creativity for putting together bespoke events is required. You must be someone who is great with guests and able to liaise with all types of people including high net worth clients.
Your job as Events Operations Manager is to manage the team and get the best out of them, supervising, correcting and praising throughout events. You will be liaising with the kitchen and other departments and so it is essential that as Events Operations Manager, you are personable and professional at all times. You will have a good understanding of running the department to ensure that it is efficient and profitable.
