We are seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the management and development of a multi β outlet, high footfall venue.
As Executive Chef, key responsibilities include:
- Compiling menus that meet exceptional standards
- Creating and maintaining a customer-focused culture within the kitchens
- Delivering culinary excellence in every aspect of the operation
- Managing a large team and all back of house operating procedures, requirements and regulations.
As Executive Chef, you will work to ensure the efficient running of the department, striving for quality standards, staff development, and retention. Effective team working with colleagues across all departments at all levels is essential.
Requirements:
- A stable background in large-scale hotels, venues or stadiums with multiple outlets and catering for large functions
- Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience as a Executive Chef or equivalent
- Management skills to run a busy operation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Creativity and attention to detail
