Event Staff & Skilled Cocktail Bartenders – Prestigious Central London Venues

Are you confident, experienced, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality? We are hiring professional Event Staff and skilled Cocktail Bartenders/Bartenders to work across some of Central London’s most iconic, luxury venues. If you take pride in high‑quality service—whether that’s serving tables, wine waiting, or crafting outstanding drinks—we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in event service, including confident table service and wine waiting
  • Proven ability to make and serve drinks to a high standard
  • Skilled cocktail knowledge and solid mixology abilities (for bartender roles)
  • Background in 4* or 5* hotels, luxury bars, private members’ clubs, or high-end event environments
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage guests professionally
  • A smart, professional appearance
  • A positive, can‑do attitude with the ability to anticipate guest needs
  • Level 2 Food Safety & Allergens certificates
  • Full uniform: smart white or black shirt, black trousers, black smart shoes, black tie, and black waistcoat
  • Must be 18+

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver polished table service and confident wine service
  • Create and serve a range of drinks and cocktails (bartenders)
  • Handle multiple orders efficiently during busy service periods
  • Keep bar and event spaces clean, organised, and well‑stocked
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown
  • Provide attentive service to high-profile guests
  • Work collaboratively with wider hospitality teams
  • Uphold food safety, allergen awareness, and general health & safety standards
