We're Hiring: Development Chef - London | Contract Catering | Mon-Fri

Calling all creative chefs! Are you bursting with bold ideas, obsessed with flavour, and ready to shape the future of food in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment? We're on the lookout for a Development Chef to join our vibrant and innovative team in London. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role (with the occasional weekend to support exciting new site launches). You'll be working across the estate to create standout concepts, develop fresh menus, and ensure consistency and excellence across every plate served.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading on menu development and concept creation across a wide variety of cuisines

  • Collaborating with sites to implement new menus and maintain consistency

  • Supporting mobilisation of new contracts and working closely with kitchen teams to deliver excellence

  • Staying ahead of the curve with emerging food trends, flavours, and techniques

  • Ensuring all menus are aligned with allergen regulations and calorie transparency

  • A passionate foodie with a strong creative streak - you live and breathe great food

  • Experience in restaurant kitchens or contract catering - or ideally, both!

  • A confident trainer and communicator who can inspire site teams and bring ideas to life

  • In-depth knowledge of world cuisines, dietary requirements, allergens, and nutrition

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
