We’re hiring a passionate Commis Pastry Chef to join an exciting new opening in Central London – a modern British-American brasserie showcasing the very best of open-fire cooking, grill techniques, and seasonal desserts.

Working under a Michelin-starred chef, you’ll be part of a launch team delivering bold, ingredient-led desserts and classic bakes with a modern twist – all made fresh, in-house.

Up to 90 covers per service – lunch and dinner

Closed on Mondays

Immediate start required

48–50 hours per week

Supportive team of 20+ in a quality-focused kitchen
