About the Role
Berkeley Scott, one of the UK’s leading hospitality and facilities recruitment agencies, is currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Cleaners to support a range of clients within the Education and Healthcare sectors across London. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for flexible work with the potential to secure long-term or permanent placements.
Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning of classrooms, wards, offices, and communal areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washrooms
- Emptying bins and restocking cleaning supplies
- Following cleaning schedules and site-specific procedures
- Adhering to health & safety and infection control guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child Workforce) – essential
- Right to work in the UK
- Minimum 6 months’ cleaning experience (schools, healthcare, or commercial preferred)
- Knowledge of COSHH and safe use of cleaning chemicals
- Two employment references
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
