The focus is on letting produce speak for itself — thoughtful technique, clean flavours and honest cooking.

The Role
Support the Head Chef in leading a skilled, motivated kitchen team
Deliver consistently high standards through calm, organised services
Cook menus that change with the seasons and are driven by exceptional produce
Champion simple, ingredient-led cooking and sustainable practices
Help build the systems, culture and identity of a flagship opening
About You
An experienced Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef from a quality-focused kitchen
Passionate about seasonal, produce-driven and minimal-intervention cooking
Confident and composed during busy services
A natural leader who enjoys teaching, mentoring and developing chefs
Excited by the challenge and creativity of a flagship restaurant launch
