A new, world-class culinary destination is preparing to open its doors just a stone’s throw from Neal Street, in one of London’s most storied courtyards. This iconic, 50,000-square-foot site is being transformed into a vibrant space that will unite food, drink, craft, and culture under one roof.

We are now seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join the leadership team at the heart of this remarkable opening.

This isn’t just another kitchen — it’s a chef’s playground. Across four distinctive restaurants, you’ll work alongside a renowned Executive Chef and an exceptional brigade to deliver ingredient-driven menus in unique settings :

• A brasserie and grill powered by an open-fire kitchen
• A seafood restaurant set within a 360-degree glass rooftop space
• A central courtyard designed for live events and open-air dining
• A food truck offering creative, street-inspired dishes

With extensive pre-opening training, hands‑on mentorship, and ongoing development opportunities, this is your chance to be part of something truly special from day one.

About You

• Experienced at Senior Sous or Sous Chef level in a high-volume, premium dining environment
• Passionate about fresh, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients
• A confident leader with strong organisational and mentoring skills
• Calm under pressure, creative in approach, and uncompromising on standards
• Excited to play a key role in one of London’s most anticipated new openings
