I am seeking a Head chef or Executive chef who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity. The Executive chef will be focused on delivering amazing fine dining and hospitality including events, canapes, as well as bowl food and finger food events.
If you are looking to step out of the long hours of a fine dining restaurant and use your craft to deliver amazing dishes where you have the opportunity to showcase what you can do with full autonomy on menu planning and delivery, this role is for you.
This Executive Head chef will oversee and lead a small creative team who will also deliver staff feeding cafe, with your sous chef leading this under your guidance and leadership.
The Executive Head chef will need to have fine dining experience ideally from a fine dining or Michelin background. This is a great opportunity to step into the corporate world where you get your weekends back and get paid overtime for evening events.
