Berkeley Scott are partnering with an award winning Hotel based near Cartmel, who are looking for a CDP (Chef de partie). Based in a stunning location and working alongside a small team of Chefs.

What we're looking for in the perfect CDP (Chef de partie)

Someone who has the ability to put their 'Stamp' on a restaurant. They are willing to invest in you - Help your growth and development within the company and give you the freedom to put your stamp on the restaurant alongside the Head chef.
