We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a property management company. The ideal candidate will be able to generate their own leads and have experience in a similar role. Your primary responsibility will be to find and add new holiday homes to the company's portfolio by liaising with property owners.

Suitable candidates may come from an estate agency or property development background. This role is home-based, so self-motivation and good organization skills are essential.
