We're on the lookout for a talented Breakfast Chef to join this vibrant kitchen team at a stunning, high-end venue. This is the perfect role for a chef who loves early starts and a great work-life balance – with no evenings or weekends!
Hours: 6:30am – 3:00pm
Style: breakfast and Brasserie-style lunch menu
The role:
- Taking the lead on preparing and serving delicious, high-quality breakfasts to the Hotel/corporate guests
- Supporting the wider kitchen team with prep and service for the brasserie-style lunch menu
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
- Bringing positive energy and a team-focused mindset to every shift
